1 kg mąki
1 kostka smalcu
1 kostka masła
4 jajka
10 dag drożdży
3 łyżki śmietany lub 1 mała gęsta
1 płaska łyżeczka cukru
1 płaska łyżeczka soli

Farsz:
1 kg pieczarek
1 kg cebuli
10 dag żółtego ostrego sera

Cake:
8 cups flour
1 cube lard
1 cube butter
4 eggs
⅓ tsp yeast
3 Tbsp cream
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Stuffing:
35 oz mushrooms
1 large onion
½ oz grated yellow cheese

Directions:
Directions:
One by one, add flour, eggs, cream, crushed yeast, sugar and salt. Mix it all up, pour in warm melted lard and butter. Mix or knead the dough by hand. Divide the dough into two parts. We put them in foil bags and in the fridge for 30 minutes.Take out the dough, roll it out, put the stuffing and form patties.

Stuffing:
Glaze the onion, add mushrooms grated on a coarse grater and grated cheese.

Bake the finished patties in the oven for 30 minutes.
