6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons sweet relish
Paprika, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cut boiled eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks to a bowl and mash with fork. Place egg whites on platter.
Stir into egg yolks the mayo, mustard, sweet relish, salt and pepper.
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture, heap slightly to use all. Sprinkle with paprika.
Store in refrigerator.
