9 oz croutons (herb) (1 box of 6 oz box)
2 c shredded cheese (cheddar or monterey jack)
Meat: 1 lbs sausage, 1 lbs bacon (fry and crumble)
6 eggs
1 4oz can green chillis chopped
2 c milk
1 can cream mushroom soup
tsp dry mustard
1 small can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Layer as follows : Croutons on botton, next cheese, meat , chillis. 1 layer of each. Beat eggs with milk, pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning: Mix mushroom soup and can milk and pour over pan mixture.
Heat oven 325-350 bake 1 hour. serves 8.
Note: you can pour soup mixture over it right away and freeze.
