8-9 large potatoes
2 x 3 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp salt
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter potatoes. Cook in salted water until tender (10-15 min). Drain well, mash until smooth. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, and butter. Beat all together until smooth and fluffy. Place in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, covered.

To Serve:
Place in a buttered casserole dish, dot with butter and/or cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 min or until heated through.
