2 bags romaine lettuce
1 lg. bag spinach
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
4-6 Green onions, chopped
¼ c. sesame seeds
2 oz. slivered almonds
1 entire noodles (raw) from 1 pkg. Ramen soup

Dressing
¼ c. olive oil
½ c. cider vinegar
½ c. sugar
1 pkg. seasoning from Raman oriental soup

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º
Mix together sesame seeds, slivered almonds, and break apart the noodles from a pkg. of Raman noodle soup mix. Bake for 8 minutes stirring until golden.

Mix romaine and spinach in large bowl. Add mandarin oranges and top with chopped green onions.

Dressing
Mix olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasoning from Raman oriental soup pkg. until well blended. Pour over salad.
