Breakfast Bundt Cake Recipe

cup chopped nuts (pecans)
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix (small box)
cup oil
cup water
4 eggs
1 tsp butter extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup powdered sugar
1 T milk
tsp butter extract
tsp vanilla extract

Spray bundt pan. Sprinkle part of the nuts over the inside of the pan. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, and water in a large mixer bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat for 6-8 min at high speed. Beat in 1 tsp butter extract and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pour ⅓ of the batter into the prepared pan.

Combine remaining nuts, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle of the mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon mixture. Top with remaining cinnamon mixture. Pour in the remaining batter.

Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45-50 min. Let cool for 8 min, remove from pan.

Combine powdered sugar, milk, tsp butter extract, and tsp vanilla extract. Brush or spoon over warm cake.
