2 - 3 c. diced turkey
6 c. turkey broth
c. butter
1 small chopped onion
2 tsp. curry powder
3 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. sliced celery
salt and pepper
1 pkg French style green beans
1 tsp. oregano
2 T. parsley
2 cans evaporated milk with flour to thicken

Melt butter with curry powder in pot and cook 2 minutes. Add broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Cook till tender. May add more water if needed. Stir in green beans and turkey, oregano, parsley. Cook 10-15 minutes.
