8 eggs
8 tbsp heavy cream
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
¼ c cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions:
Put 1 tsp of melted butter in each of four individual baking dished or ramekins. Brush the butter over the bottoms and sides of the dishes. Break 2 eggs into each dish. Add 2 tbsp of heavy cream to each dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper

Heat oven to 350º
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes; sprinkle 1 tbsp of shredded over each egg just a minute or two before the dish is done. Note: Any vegetable can be added to this recipe. I like to sautee the veggies just a bit before adding.
