32 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, defrosted
½ c. melted butter
1 (10¼ oz.) can cream of chicken soup (or cream of cheddar)
1 pint sour cream
½ c. onion finely chopped
2 c. grated Colby cheese
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350º.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl reserving ½ c. of cheese for topping.
3. Place in a greased 9X13 casserole dish and top with reserved cheese.
4. bake for 45-55 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
