•1 lb. (16 ounces) H-E-B Ground Turkey 93% Lean
•1 teaspoon minced garlic
•12 ounces H-E-B Fiesta Slaw or 14 ounce coleslaw mix
•1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
•1 teaspoon ground ginger
•1 whole egg
•2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce (optional)
•1 tablespoon Ken’s Steak House Asian Sesame with Ginger & Soy Dressing
•2 tablespoons sliced green onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the turkey until no longer pink, and drain the meat if needed. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the coleslaw, soy sauce, ginger, and sauté until desired tenderness. You can add a little water if you need more liquid to sauté (add tablespoon of water at a time).

Make a well in the center of the skillet and add the egg. Scramble until done over low heat.

Stir in Sriracha (optional). Drizzle with Ken’s Steak House Asian Sesame with Ginger & Soy Dressing and sprinkle with green onions (optional). Add additional soy sauce and Sriracha, if desired, to taste.
