2 lb. Red Potatoes, unpeeled and thinly sliced
1/3 c. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
2 c. Cooked Ham, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/3 c. Onion, thinly chopped
1 16 oz. jar Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1/2 c. Milk
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parsley, chopped

Directions:
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer half each, potatoes, bell pepper, onion and ham.

In medium bowl, mix pasta sauce, milk and pepper, and spoon half over ham. Layer remaining potatoes, bell pepper, onion and ham. Spoon on remaining sauce (do not stir).

Cover and cook on Los Heat setting 6 to 8 hours.

About 5 minutes before serving, gently stir mixture and sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and cook on Low Heat setting until cheese is melted. Top each serving with parsley.
