3 cups potatoes, peeled & mashed
1 cup flour
3 T mazola oil
1T sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:

Mix only 1 batch at a time & be sure potatoes are cold before mixing
Ours cooled on the back porch step!
Roll thin
Bake on lefse griddle or large fry pan
Turn with lefse turner
Cool on racks.
Roll to freeze
