2 8oz cream cheese blocks. Room temp
1 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk

2 cans Pillsbury crescent roll dough
1 egg white
cinnamon-sugar for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 375º
Spray 9X13 dish with cooking spray

Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs yolks together well, until smooth and fluffy

Open 1 crescent roll, spread on bottom of pan, pressing holes closed
Spread cream cheese mixture carefully on dough.
Top with second tube of rolls. You may prefer to prepare it on oiled surface prior to putting it on the cream cheese layer.

Brush egg white on top, sprinkle generously with cinn-sugar.

Bake 25-30 min until the top is golden
