½ lb. Italian sausage
½ c. onion
4 oz. mushroom
1 ½ c. chopped turkey or chicken - cooked
2 egg yolks
½ c. parmesan cheese
9 ounces chopped spinach (drained and thawed)
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 box manicotti noodles


WHITE SAUCE
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 ½ c. whipping cream
⅓ parmesan cheese
dash of nutmeg
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with onion and mushroom and drain grease off. Pour ½ jar of spaghetti sauce into 9 x 13 pan. Stuff noodles with mixture and add to pan. Pour white sauce over top of noodles and then add remaining spaghetti sauce over that.

Bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
