cube butter
6 eggs
1 c milk
1 c flour
t salt
1-2 t vanilla, to taste
2 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 400 degrees. Put butter in bottom of 9x13 pan, place in oven, and let melt while oven preheats. Whisk together remaining ingredients (batter may be slightly lumpy.) Pour batter into pan with melted butter. Bake about 20 minutes or until center is firm and spongy (it will raise really high in interesting shapes!) Cut in squares and serve with powdered sugar, syrup, fruit, whipped cream, etc.
