1 cup leftover taco meat
6 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz canned green chiles, diced
1 cup monterey jack or pepper jack shredded cheese
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 8 or 9" pie pan with cooking spray.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with the cream, salt and pepper.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pie pan.
Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
