2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9X5 inch load pan
Mix flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix butter and brown sugar and stir in eggs and mashed bananas.
Mix 2+3 and stir. Pour into pan
Bake for about an hour. Use toothpick to check if the center comes out clean.
Let bread cool.

It is more delicious and moist after the bread is completely cool!
