Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
5-9oz. can of crushed pineapple
1 cup orange juice
BBQ sauce of choice (mine is "Jug" brand)
dash of Tabasco sauce
dash of oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken breasts into halves and prep them for the marinade by poking them with a fork multiple times on each side. Mix 2/3 cup orange juice, oregano, and Tabasco sauce in a large ziplock bag. Place the chicken breast halves into the bag and refrigerate overnight. Remember to turn the bag over halfway through the process.

Sauce:
Combine the remaining 1/3 cup orange juice with the pineapple and your choice of BBQ sauce to achieve a somewhat creamy consistency.
If made at the same time as the chicken, refrigerate until ready to serve. The sauce may need to be stirred if it sits over time.

Final Product
Remove the chicken from the bag and place on a grill over medium heat. Cook to preference. Pour sauce over grilled chicken and serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Cater Family Memories from Jason: The thing I remember most about coming to Grammie's house (Sylvia) as a kid was the excitement that built up as I raced into the kitchen to see what type of candy she had placed into "my cup." I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but there is more to it than that. She gave each grandchild a coffee mug that belonged to our "Pa-Paw" (Ken).
These cups meant a great deal to us because we have been told that we brought the playful side out of him and we looked up to him so much. Soon after his death, it became tradition for Grammie to place a type of candy in our cups before we would come to visit. At that age, Melanie and I were happy to get ANY candy, much less GOOD candy! My favorite was the regular size bags of M&Ms. Melanie and I would grab TV trays and pour out all the M&Ms so that we could sort them by color and see who had more of which....then eat them!
