Brisket
Celery salt
3 oz liquid smoke
Salt
1/2 cup Worchestshire sauce
Garlic salt
Lemon pepper
Onion salt
Pepper
1 small jar bbq sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle brisket with celery salt, garlic salt, lemon pepper and onion salt.
Center in heavy piece of foil and sprinkle with liquid smoke.
Fold sides of foil over to seal in a packet.
Refrigerate over night.
Open packet and season with salt, pepper and Worchestshire sauce.
Reseal and cook in oven at 300 for 5 hours.
Uncover and pour bbq sauce over brisket.
Cook for another hour, uncovered.
Let sit for 20 minutes before slicing.
Serve with remaining sauce.
