1 Gallon Can Crushed Tomatoes
1 Fresh Bunch Cilantro ( chopped leaves)
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 whole Garlic Bulb (pealed & sliced)
¾ Cup Olive Oil

Directions:

In a large pot, add first 4 ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil then reduce to simmer.
In a small sauce pan add oil and garlic. On medium heat bring to a boil just until golden (do not over cook). Add to Tomato sauce, stir and let simmer about 30 minutes.

This was given to me by a close friend. Her husband was a Chief in N.Y.
I serve this on any kind of pasta and sometime add Italian sausage.
