1 T butter
¾ cup pecans
½ cup slivered almonds
⅓ cup pine nuts
½ chopped onion
1 chopped garlic clove
Mushrooms
2 T olive oil

Sauté add 2 T parsley & bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 1 cup rice, 2 cups water with stick of butter & chicken bouillon cube in casserole dish (greased) at 350º for 1 hour at least.
Add sautéed vegetables & top with parsley.
You may also add chopped ham or other vegetables.
