1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups whipped cream
Cherry, lime, orange and lemon jello mix
1 cup hot water and 1/2 cold water (jello prep)

Directions:
Melt butter and add the graham cracker crumbs. Make crust into a greased 9 x 13 and set aside. Make the orange, cherry and lime jello and put in fridge to set. Whip the cream until very stiff. Dissolve sugar and pineapple juice over heat. Then dissolve lemon jello into it. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup cold water. Stir and freeze until syrup. Fold into whipped cream. Add cubed jello. Add the the crust and enjoy.

This is an Allen recipe. Linda (Allen) Schilling would make this for holidays and family get togethers. I have made it but it is very time consuming and requires a lot of pans so it is not one I make frequently. But it is soooo good and probably my favorite dessert.
