2 cups shredded chicken (I use a whole shredded rotisserie chicken)
6 tbsp. butter
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of chopped celery
6 tbsp. flour
1 box chicken broth
4 cups milk
2 cups cooked white rice
S/P
Better than Bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in the butter until very tender. Stir in flour and s/p. Add broth, milk, and 1 tbsp of better than bouillon and cook on medium heat until it thickens. Add rice and chicken. Cook for a few minutes and serve.
