2 tubes of Cresent rolls
2 lbs hamburger
Salt and pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 cups of ketchup
1 table spoon of vinegar
3/4 a cup of brown sugar
American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger with salt and pepper to taste, diced green pepper and diced onion. Drain hamburger. Add ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Spread 1 tube of Cresent rolls in the bottom of the pan. Spread sloppy Joe on top. Cover the top of the sloppy Joe with slices of American cheese. Cover with the 2nd tube of Cresent rolls. Loosely cover with tin foil and bake until golden brown.
