4 oz potato chips, crushed
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
cup slivered almonds
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 oz jar chipped pimento, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle hald crushed potato chips into greased baking dish. Combine chicken, eggs, celery, almonds, onion, pimento, lemon juice, soup and mayonnaise in a bowl, mix well. Spoon in prepared dish. Top with remaining potato chips.
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
