Vinaigrette
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp minced shallot or red onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
3tbsp olive oil
S & P

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 lb green beans
1/4 cup feta crumbled or goat cheese
3 tbsp slivered, toasted almonds

Directions:

1. Whisk all vinaigrette ingredients and set aside.
2. Steam green beans till tender about 8 minutes.
3. Drain well and transfer to bowl.
4. Add tomatoes, cheese and vinaigrette. Toss gently.
5. Serve with almonds as garnish.
