¾ cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
2 T Cocoa
½ cup Milk
2 T Melted Butter, cooled
1 T Vanilla

TOPPING
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Cocoa
1½ cup water or Coffee

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9-inch square baking pan shift sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Spread batter in pan. Mix topping sugars and cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour water over all and bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until the top springs back when lightly touched. Serve warm or cool with ice cream, cream, or sourcream.
