1 package cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
½ orange diced
½ apple diced
½-1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1/8-1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp cloves

1. Add the sugar to the water in a medium saucepan and stir until dissolved on medium heat.
2. Add washed cranberries to the simmering water. (Don’t need a rolling boil.)
3. Simmer the cranberries for 10 minutes on low heat (Cranberries will crack and pop.)
4. Add spices and stir
5. Add orange and apple to the pot and stir
6. Take pot off heat and let sit to cool.
7. Refrigerate
