Jalapeno Cornbread Recipe

1 lb hamburger
2 large onions
4 cups grated cheese
1 egg
3-4 tbsp diced jalapeno peppers
1 can creamed corn
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 1/4 cups milk
2 cups Tenderbake self rising corn meal mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn meal mix, egg, milk, oil and corn, set aside. Brown hamburger with salt, onions and peppers. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Place 1/2 cornbread mix into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Add the meat, top with cheese, then the remaining cornbread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, until brown on top.
