18 ounces white baking chocolate
1/4 cup milk
1 cup solid vegetable shortening
1 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp clear vanilla
8 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave chocolate with 1/4 cup milk on medium high for 1-2 minutes, stir halfway through cooking time. Do not overheat! Chocolate will continue to melt while being stirred.

Cream the butter and shortening, add vanilla. Gradually add the sugar one cup at a time. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl often. The icing will appear dry. Add milk and beat until light and fluffy, add in the melted white chocolate.

Use immediately or cover with damp cloth until you are ready to use.
