2 lb ground beef
1/2 C onion, finely-chopped
1 lg can of each, tomatoes, kidney beans, un-drained
1 can corn, un-drained
1 can tomato paste
2 pkgs taco seasoning



Fritos
sour cream
cilantro
shredded cheese
sliced olives
guacamole/sliced avocados
green onions

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, brown ground beef with onions, drain fat.
Add next 5 ingredients and simmer on low.
You may want to add other types of beans: black, pinto etc...add refried beans for a thicker soup if you dare.

Serve hot over Fritos, add whatever taco toppings you like.
