5-7 medium potatoes
1Ĺ cup chopped carrots
3 medium sweet potatoes
1 small - medium onion
2 tablespoons of garlic
1.5 cups broccoli
3 celery stalks - chopped up
Salt & pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
1 block cream cheese - 8 oz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick real butter
ľ cup milk
1Ĺ cup diced ham and/or bacon

1. Boil potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots & celery together in a large pot.
2. Salt & pepper to taste. Add Italian seasonings.
3. In another bowl combine cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, butter and milk. 4. Microwave until melted and stir until combined well.
5. Drain off potatoes but leave a small amount of water in the bottom.
6. Add in your broccoli, ham and cream cheese mixture.

Make sure you stir it; it WILL burn really fast!

Substitute and/or add crumbled bacon or clams for diced ham. Adding Broccoli is my favorite!

*Family Favorite - This recipe is one of the greatest potato soups Iíve ever tasted! And itís easy! This is very hearty on a cool night.
