1 Head of Cabbage (about 2 ½ lbs.) - cut into wedges

Cook cabbage in large skillet, covered with 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Drain well.

MIXTURE
2 Tbsps. Flour
2 Tbsps. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
⅛ tsp. Pepper
3 Tbsps. Butter or Margarine
1 cup Hot Milk
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:
Arrange cabbage in baking dish. Sprinkle with above mixture, then dot with butter. Pour hot milk over cabbage, sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350º.
