1/2 cup butter (plus more for buttering dish)
1 Large onion chopped
4 ribs celery (halved lengthwise and chopped)
3 Large eggs
2 cups chicken broth
salt and ground black pepper
1tsp of Bells seasoning
4 loaves of stuffing bread (tear apart bread and leave out to dry overnight on counter)

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions and celery.

2. Pour over bread once onions are translucent and celery is soft.

3. Sprinkle seasoning on bread.

4. Mix with your hands to start to incorporate with bread.

5. Pour broth a little at a time to get consistency that you want with stuffing.

6. Whisk eggs and add to stuffing.

7. Add salt and pepper.

8. Mix well. Transfer to buttered 9x13 baking dish.

9. Cover with foil and bake 400º preheated oven until almost heated through, about 25mins. Remove foil if
you want a crispy top and edges, about another 15-20min longer.
