1 lb ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
2 T barbeque sauce

For a hot appetizer:
1 package of lil' smokies
barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (except smokies and excess barbeque sauce). Shape into balls and bake at 350 for about 30 min. Can double recipe for a larger amount.

Add a package of lil' smokies and barbeque sauce in the crockpot and heat through.
