2 ¼ cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Butter, softened
1 cup low-fat Strawberry Yogurt
3 Eggs
2 cups Fresh Fruit - cut-up

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, vanilla, butter, yogurt and eggs. Beat on low speed until completely mixed, about 3 minutes.

Bake in a greased, floured bundt pan at 350º for 50-55 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.

Cool and serve garnished with fresh fruit.
