¼ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
¾ sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup black or English walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy saucepan, add brown sugar and heat to boiling. Add white sugar and sour cream, cook on low heat stirring until sugar is dissolved and mixture is at the softboil stage (236º).

Cool at room temperature until 110 degrees without stirring and then beat until mixture holds its shape.

Add vanilla and nuts and quickly spread into greased 9X9 pan. Cool and cut into squares.
