Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 T Raw Cacao
½ cup organic peanut butter…. Or if you prefer, almond butter
¼ cup Happy Bee Raw Honey
¼ c chia seeds (adds great crunch )
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. I use a fork on a flatish plate and “squish together to incorporate, that way I can tell if I need to add a little water so the mixture is not so stiff.

This is a great time to do your favorite add ins:
2 drops of YL Vitality Peppermint Essential Oil
⅓ c finely chopped walnuts
¼ c flax * “meal” or maybe some hemp hearts

I use a small “melon baller” so these power balls are approximately the same size. Roll… put on a plate…. And stick in the fridge for a little while.

Delish!!!

*flax seeds must be ground and kept in the fridge to prevent them from molding. You can use a small coffee grinder - Easy Peasy.
