12 tbsp dutch process cocoa
10tbsp melted butter
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
6 tbsp flour
2 tsp vanilla
nuts to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add in cocoa, mixing well. Pour small amount of chocolate mixture into the eggs, mix well to temper, and then add the rest of the eggs to the chocolate. Ad remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 X 13 prepared pan, or a brownie pan if you have one. Bake 30 minutes at 325º.

This was my Aunt Lou's brownie recipe and they are the best brownies I've ever had. I made a couple of changes--I doubled the recipe, and instead of unsweetened chocolate squares I used dutch process cocoa and butter. If you want to use unsweetened chocolate squares you would use 4 squares of chocolate and 6 tablespoons of butter.

These brownies have very little flour so they don't stick together as well as other recipes but they are amazing!
