1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup diced Asian pear
⅓ cup chopped cilantro
cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons finely
chopped jalapeno pepper
Juice of 1 large lime

1. Combine the blueberries, strawberries, pear, cilantro, onion, jalapeno into a
medium size bowl and gently combine.
2. Add the juice of the lime and stir gently.
3. Serve immediately with traditional tortilla chips (or cinnamon-sugar chips) or chill and serve later. **It is best served within 24 hours. Enjoy!
