Ingredients:  
2 cans cream of potato soup, 10 oz.
1 can of selected veggies, drained, 16 oz.
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
cup milk
teaspoon thyme
teaspoon black pepper
2 frozen pie crusts (9 inch), thawed
1 egg, slightly beaten (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Cover with top crust.
Crimp edges to seal. Slit top crust and brush with egg, if desired. Bake 375F for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
