450 Grams Pork Loin, Lean, Boneless
90 Grams Onion, chopped
30 Grams Chopped Green Onions
100 Grams Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Salt Free Lemon Pepper Seasoning (or any seasoning salt)
1/3 Cup Green Chilies, mild
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
4 Whole Frozen Waffles
4 Tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Roast and shred pork. In a large skillet combine pork, red peppers, chilies and seasoning, both onions, cinnamon maple syrup, brown sugar and soy sauce. Toast waffles. (Stir 1/4 cup ICBINB into sauce if you want a rich sauce.) Top waffles with sauce.
