Ingredients:  
1 T olive oil
5 cloves garlic, thin sliced
cup dry white wine
3 15.it oz cans fat free, low NA chicken broth
2 9 oz pkgs fresh 3 cheese tortellini
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 6 oz bag baby spinach
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in Dutch oven to medium
Add garlic, cook for 30 seconds
Stir in wine & broth. Bring to boil for 2 minutes.
Add tortellini cook 6 minutes
Stir in tomatoes & spinach
Cook till spinach wilts
Add butter till melted
