3 green onions, chopped
¾ c grated cheddar cheese
1 can drained whole kernel corn
Red pepper to taste
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c self-rising flour
1 c corn meal
¼ c sugar
¼ t chili powder
2 eggs
½ c milk
1 stick margarine, softened
¼ c bell pepper, chopped
2 T pimiento, chopped
¼ c onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 deg F.

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until done.
