Whole Beef Tenderloin
(ask butcher to trim & wrap)

No seasoning
Large roasting pan - no rack

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500
Place roast in pan and cook at 500 for 10 minutes

Lower temp to 350 and cook for additional 25 minutes.

Remove roast and let rest for 20 minutes (cover with foil while it is resting)
