3 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. Cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

3 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375F
Grease a cookie sheet
Stir together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt.
Beat butter for 30 seconds and add sugar and beat until fluffy
Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well
Add dry ingredients; beating until well combined
Mix 3 Tbs. sugar with 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Form dough into 1-inch balls; roll into cinnamon/sugar mixture
Place balls 2 apart on greased cookie sheet; flatten slightly with the bottom of a
Bake in 375F oven for about 8-10 minutes until lightly golden
