1 cup (2 sticks) Butter
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Almond Extract
2 ⅓ cups Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

Beat in egg and almond extract, gradually blend in flour.

Fill cookie press and with ¼ of dough at a time; form desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated 350º oven, 8-10 minutes.

Remove immediately to wire rack to cool.
