2 cups Quick Oats
1 cup Flour, unsifted
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup creamy or super chunk Peanut Butter
¾ cup Margarine
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
½ cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, stir together oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In large bowl with mixer at medium speed beat peanut butter and margarine until smooth.

Beat in sugars until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Add oat mixture and beat well.

If necessary, chill dough. Shape into 1-inch balls.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Flatten with floured fork making crisscross pattern.

Bake in 350º oven for 8-10 minutes.
