Ingredients:  
1-1½ lbs ground beef
5 tsp oil
diced onion
12 slices of bread
12 thin slices Swiss and American cheese
butter for bread slices

Directions:
Directions:
Divide meat into 4-6 patties-very wide
heat 2 tbsp oil in cast iron skillet
Add onions. Cook till soft and brown. Take out and set aside.
Wipe out skillet.
Work in batches.
heat 1 tbsp oil. Add 2-3 burgers. Cook. Flip once.
Place on plate.
Butter bread. Add 1 slice cheese, onion, bread.
Put in skillet. flip once.
