Simmer broth for tofu:

6 cups water
1 small bay leaf
3 vegan boullion cubes. I use chicken or beef flavor.
3 tbl nutritional yeast
2 tbl powdered mushroom
1/2 tbl chopped garlic
1/2 tbl powdered onion
Black pepper to taste

2 blocks extra firm tofu
Smoke one of them. I use a Cameron’s stove top smoker.

Desired vegis . . .carrots, potatos, celery, peas etc

Ingredients to add after tofu is done marinating:
3 cups water
1 tbl nutritional yeast
1 tsp loweries pepper garlic salt

Directions:
Smoke one of the tofu blocks. Tear them both into bite sized pieces, on the large side, they will shrink when baking.

Simmer top ingredients into a simmering broth. Add tofu pieces. Simmer, marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Lift tofu pieces from broth and lay on cookie sheet onto on baking sheet. Helps air circulate. Spray with oil lightly. Bake about 45 minutes at 375.

Add selected raw vegis to broth. Adding lower ingredients as well. Cook until tender.

Thicken into gravy, and add the baked tofu pieces.

Serve over biscuits or mashed potatoes.
